MCSD snow removal

Our staff is responsible for plowing the alleyways within McCloud boundaries.

Paved streets are the responsibility of Siskiyou County Road department. Their information can be found here.

We begin plowing when there is between 3 and 6 inches depending on the density of the snow pack. Berms are inevitable while plowing, however District staff make every effort to remove large amounts of snow accumulation. More information can be found in MCSD Policy 3400 or by calling our office during business hours with any questions.
